Funeral Party is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or any damages that incur during the shipping process. We use industry standard Mighty Music Mailers™ to ensure our vinyl records arrive as safely as possible, but we cannot control the actions of the postal service.

Please ensure that you enter your correct shipping information as we cannot be held responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address due to customer negligence. While we try to help out and update shipping information on our end as best we can, most of the time we’re overwhelmed with orders and the easiest way to ensure your package arrives at the correct destination is to take the time to triple check that your address is correct. Returned items are subject to an additional shipping and handling charge.

Mail order is fulfilled during the weekend by a single person, so please be patient. Once pre-orders begin shipping it may take a couple of weeks to get through all of the open orders.
